Welcome to my website. I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor based in Ascot, Berkshire, close to Windsor, Bracknell, and Slough. It's also possible to arrange sessions with me at your own venue (see FAQ).

I offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can tackle issues that are troubling you, explore your thoughts and feelings, try out new ideas and behaviours and find the way forward that works best for you. The goal is to help you live a more fulfilled and satisfying life.

I work with individuals and couples in a supportive, non-judgemental way. I can't tell you the answers but I can help you find them for yourself. After all, you are the ultimate expert on you.
